The On-Point app for iPhone and iPad presents an innovative approach for educators and adults working with children to effectively gamify interactions, aiming to motivate young learners to engage in positive behaviors.

Human behavior can be influenced and conditioned, allowing individuals to adopt beneficial practices such as raising hands, participating in discussions, and demonstrating good citizenship. Research indicates that the incentives for encouraging positive behaviors such as sportsmanship, self-discipline, and group participation need not be expensive or elaborate. Often, a simple acknowledgment of achievement—like knowing one's rank in a group—can significantly boost self-esteem and motivate individuals to strive for improvement. The On-Point app facilitates this by enabling teachers to track behavior scores directly from their iPhones and iPads.

The app allows teachers to set up class profiles, choosing individual students or groups and assigning points along with specific tags justifying those points throughout the day. With a straightforward interface, educators can sort student scores with a single tap. Additionally, detailed reports on each student's awarded points and their overall ranking within the class are easily accessible, allowing for straightforward performance reviews.

A notable feature includes the ability to reset all scores with one tap and a confirmation, providing a fresh start for all students at any given moment.

Furthermore, the app ensures seamless synchronization between iPhone and iPad devices under the same Apple ID, allowing for cohesive tracking of scores and data.
